Georgia and the ENT

After too many ear infections to keep count, we finally bit the bullet and had tubes put in G's ears this morning. We snatched her from her bed bright and early (she was mainly convinced to go with us specifically because she got to wear her pajamas outside) and went to see Dr. Williams, aka G's doctor boyfriend. She LOVES him. Really. We talk about him a lot. It's kind of strange. He's nice and all, but she really, really loves this guy.

She brought her kissing Mickey and Minnie mice to the event (along with Jasmine, Knuffle Bunny, Michael Bear, two books, a magazine and her fire engine - you need a lot of things to go to the hospital). Thankfully Nana and Papa are here (more on that later) and were watching Sophie, so we both got to be there. It was helpful, since we had to stop at the grocery on the way home to buy all the things the doctors only told about us this morning: popsicles, jello, pudding, juice boxes. G is having the heavily-sugared time of her life.
