In Sophie's babycamp report today:

Sophie had a very happy Friday because today was all about water. Sophie had a blast on the playground, experimenting with all the water toys. Back inside Sophie was so excited to see the water table filled with bubbles and cars and tricks. She had a smashing good time.

At baseball camp

We had a rougher start than I would have liked at drop off this morning, but Finn's mommy took this photo of G at lunch today and all seems well. She's had quite a whirlwind couple of days: last day of PS, playdate at Aidan's, two night sleepover at Henry's house, first night sleeping in her NEW house, and then dropped off at baseball camp - all in five days. She's a champ. I will be there at exactly 2:59pm today!

New Park Place

After G had early dismissal today (last day of PS3!) she and Mommy went for a picnic in a new park you may be seeing more photos of in the coming weeks. It's a great park.

Jesus Loves Them

The bishop of our diocese made an unusual visit to our church on Sunday. In celebration, the Sunday school kids reprised their stellar rendition of Jesus Loves Me, complete with bored-looking girls playing handbells. G was right in the center.

The loud fella behind her is Rupert. You may remember him from Easter a few years ago.

Last full day of PS3

Georgia was happy to head into school this morning. What a big summer she has ahead of her!!

Pre-PreK Playgroup

By some divine miracle, Georgia got into a great charter school for next year. They had the first of several "get to know us" playgroups this morning at a local park.

 Georgia was quick to get into the craft-making.

 She had a great time making some new friends.

 Daddy was so happy to meet the other parents. We think it's going to be a great year.

Big Girl Seat

G has now rejected the booster - even though she is still too small for a regular chair... And Sophie proves that though she doesn't really speak English yet, she understands it fine, by claiming the booster for herself! New era!

Skinned knee

Sophie's very first skinned knee - happened after lunch out at a new cafe we visited. She refused medical treatment at the scene. She's a tough kid.
