They asked for volunteers to come on stage (G was actually too young to be picked). She only raised her hand after all the volunteers were already safely chosen. She's so much like me, it's frightening.
Later, the mommies decided to hit the gift shop, but left the kiddos with the daddies. They, as you could expect, were very quickly convinced to pay to have the girls' faces painted.
There were several choices, displayed on a board. Daddy explains it this way: "I showed her what she could be. I said, 'There's a panda! There's a turtle! A lion! A bird! A princess...A frog!' And Georgia said, in no uncertain terms, 'A princess.'" End of discussion.
LilyJ went along with it, too.
Later the two celebrated their good fortunes with Big Bird dolls.
Georgia was finally convinced to have her photo taken with Zoe. Notice how she's holding onto daddy?
