Popcorn Addicts

The afterschool ritual seems to be popcorn and tutus.
As long as G's bowl is bigger than Sophie's, we're all good.

Leap Day

It was kind of just another day...Sophie celebrated with a yogurt facial.

"Baby Aidan" Comes for Lunch

He's not exactly a baby anymore (turning 2 this weekend!), but we still call him Baby Aidan around our house. Three goofballs sitting in a row.

BBQ Lunch

One of our recent Sophie-Daddy-Mommy lunch dates was to a new BBQ place downtown where you actually order your meal by its weight. Daddy was thrilled. Sophie was showing off her ultra-cool coat from Aunt Kelley & Uncle Chris. We had to work really hard to keep all the mac and cheese off of it.

Playroom with Sophie

For a few Fridays in a row we've been able to meet daddy for lunch and then take advantage of the cool museum near his office. Sophie was excited to have the room to herself at the start.

In and out of the house - again and again and again. At this point she wasn't able to come down the steps by herself. I think we've conquered that milestone currently.

So much to do!

Dinner Guests

Parent-teacher conferences again allowed us to host Flo and Rupert for dinner in February. I wish they went to the same school, but dinner dates are a good compromise.

When I Grow Up...

This is on the bulletin board outside Georgia's classroom. All the kids are photographed pretending to be what they want to be when they grow up. Here Georgia is, being a "therapist." I'm guessing this is physical therapy, but why get into semantics.
Out of 16 kids in her class, there are about eight wannabe architects. Interesting. My favorite? Van who wants to be a lawyer "like my dad."
