Leaves and Leftovers

Well, I basically met my goal about getting all the pictures up before Thanksgiving. I just forgot my phone photos. Here are some of Georgia in Abigail's leaf pile a few weekends ago.

Abigail sure knows how to smile for the camera!
 Georgia kept turning away...

This was from the last picnic of the season - in October. Sophie was thrilled to join Georgia on a day off from school.
G insisted that we camp out right next to the trashcan. It was her idea, I swear.
Oh and this is one I took of Sophie during a rare on-mommy nap. She. is. so. cute.

Videos from Halloween Night

Halloween Night

Georgia and Sophie share a moment before the big night out. This time, Georgia decided to be Pinkalicious, from one of her favorite books. She topped off the costume with the Minnie Mouse princess hat, just for extra adorability.

Daddy just loved putting on that king makeup...Sophie got to be a shark this time (thanks again, Elia's mom!).

First stop? Flo's house where much mischief was made.

A neighbor's crazy display of Halloween spirit.

G's favorite part was handing out the candy. She's a giver.

The king rescues his damsel in distress (aka, damsel in candy overload).

Georgia and the jack-o-lanterns

We had to bring them in after lighting them and appreciating our hard work - the squirrels around here are very hungry.

Boo Brunch Videos 2011

G explains her costume.

Donut-eating contest. Henry's mom is a genius.

Candy corn races.

Boo Brunch 2011

Georgia was a princess again this year, naturally. Here she is with Spiderman Henry in the background and new pal Natalie Jane. This is just before they realized that slamming the fridge door would make all the magnets fall off at the same time.

LilyS was an adorable lion this time. I'm still not sure how her parents avoided the princess train - so jealous.

Baby Penny was a zebra!

Sophie the Lobster and Kerley get acquainted.

One of the few photos I could get with her wearing the crown...

Daddy was a king. This was a welcome change of heart on G's part, who initially said Daddy had to be a sheriff and mommy had to be a witch - kind of a commentary on how she's feeling about her parents these days?

Sophie was a lobster...because that's what you eat when you're royalty, right? Or perhaps because Elia's mommy is awesome and let us borrow the costume.

The whole royal family.
