Family picture?

This is on the wall at school. Very intriguing depiction. Sophie gets just a tiny mention as Georgia's "baby." My hairdo is surprisingly accurate. And Georgia's imaginary friend Adrian (who has been with us since school started - a very developmentally-appropriate coping mechanism, by the way) has full-fledged representation. Georgia keeps telling everyone, "Adrian is my brother. He goes to a different school." Shes so adamant, I think her teachers suspect that I'm the one not telling the truth.

Daddy and G are reading Richard Scarry's Busytown book...

Daddy: See Georgia, this is what people do in offices, this person is a lawyer.
Georgia: What's a lawyer?
Daddy: When two people are fighting, a lawyer helps them stop fighting.
Georgia: I need a lawyer.
Daddy: Well, daddy's a lawyer!
Georgia: I need a different lawyer.
Daddy: Ok, well let's see, Finn's mommy is a lawyer.
Georgia: I want to talk to Finn's mommy.

Home again

Back from vacation with only half the drama of last year's broken leg. This time G had pneumonia at the BEACH and ended up giving upper respiratory infections to all except Sophie and grandma (at least we think so). Home last night we were all so happy to get to sleep in our own beds. And these sisters were doubly happy to sleep in their own matching pjs.
